Precinct 206 Democrats October 2019 meeting.

In our October meeting, we heard from several different folks on issues to be decided in the upcoming election. Assistant Town Manager Karen Whichard (pictured at right), addressed the General Obligation bonds sought by the Town of Davidson to remodel Town Hall and the old IB School.

In a particularly lively exchange, Ray McKinnon and George Dunlap, Chair of the Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners articulated different views on the .25% tax increase.
